SwypeUK Ltd (trading as Drivera) is a company registered in England and Wales.

Drivera is a vehicle management platform designed to help you organise your vehicle information, records, reminders, and related data. You must be at least 17 years old to use Drivera.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account and adding vehicles
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the app only for lawful purposes in accordance with UK law
• Not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Drivera platform

Please read this section carefully.

All information provided within Drivera — including but not limited to maintenance guides, oil specifications, service intervals, bulb fitments, fluid recommendations, tyre data, technical specifications, and any advice provided by the Hey Driver AI assistant — is provided for general informational and reference purposes only.

This information does not constitute professional mechanical, engineering, or automotive advice. You should always consult a qualified mechanic or automotive professional before carrying out any work on your vehicle, particularly for safety critical systems such as brakes, tyres, steering, and suspension.

Vehicle data sourced from third party providers (including DVLA, DVSA, and external databases) may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date. Drivera does not verify the accuracy of third party data.

SwypeUK Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from:

• Acting on any information, guidance, or advice displayed within the Drivera app
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated vehicle data sourced from third parties
• Errors or omissions in AI generated content from the Hey Driver assistant
• Any failure to renew MOT, road tax, or insurance, regardless of reminders set in the app
• Vehicle faults, breakdowns, or safety issues arising from reliance on in app maintenance guidance
• Data loss resulting from app outages, technical issues, or account deletion

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Drivera includes AI powered features including the Hey Driver assistant, maintenance data generation, and pre purchase inspection summaries. These features use large language models and may produce responses that are:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific vehicle
• Based on general knowledge rather than your vehicle's actual condition
• Subject to model limitations and knowledge cutoff dates

Always verify AI generated advice with a qualified professional. Never rely solely on Drivera for safety critical decisions.

AI Disclosure & Transparency

The Hey Driver assistant and other AI features process your input using third party large language models. Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or outdated information. We disclose the use of AI, the data involved and your rights in our Privacy Policy, and we show an in app notice where AI is used. By using these features you acknowledge that outputs are AI generated and provided for general information only.

Drivera operates on a subscription model with multiple tiers. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
• SwypeUK Ltd reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Free tier features may be modified or removed at our discretion
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of premium features

Drivera operates an affiliate referral programme that allows approved users to earn commission by referring new subscribers. Participation in the affiliate programme is subject to the following:

• You must apply and be approved before earning commissions
• Commission rates and structures may be changed at any time with reasonable notice
• Referrals must result in genuine, paying subscriptions to qualify for commission
• Self referrals, fraudulent referrals, or abuse of the referral system will result in immediate termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of earnings
• Payouts are processed monthly and subject to minimum threshold requirements
• You are solely responsible for declaring affiliate earnings to HMRC in accordance with UK tax law. SwypeUK Ltd accepts no responsibility for your personal tax obligations
• SwypeUK Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time

By joining the affiliate programme, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms and the separate tax declaration presented during onboarding.

Drivera allows users to transfer vehicle records between accounts. When you initiate a vehicle transfer:

• A snapshot of the vehicle history is shared with the recipient
• You confirm you have the right to transfer that vehicle record
• Transfers cannot be reversed once accepted by the recipient
• SwypeUK Ltd accepts no liability for disputes arising from vehicle transfers between users

All content within the Drivera app — including design, branding, text, and software — is the intellectual property of SwypeUK Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Data you upload (vehicle photos, documents, records) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant SwypeUK Ltd a licence to store and display that content within the app for the purposes of providing the service.

SwypeUK Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Attempt to misuse or harm the platform

You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Drivera after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Drivera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
