Account & Data Deletion Request – Drivera

You can request the permanent deletion of your Drivera account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose either method below.

Option A — Delete from within the app

  1. 1. Open the Drivera app on your device.
  2. 2. Go to Account / Profile.
  3. 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Option B — Submit a web request

Enter the email address tied to your Drivera account below and confirm. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Data deletion policy

Upon receiving your request, all personal data associated with your account — including your name, email address, vehicle history, service records, and billing details — is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
